Meet Jayesun Sherman
Founder & Lead Consultant
Jayesun Sherman’s life is a beautiful tapestry woven with faith and family, beginning with his marriage to Michelle (McGraw) in 1998. Together, they’ve embraced the joy of adoption, welcoming Grace from the Philippines and Daisy and Faith from Minnesota, raising them with love in diverse places like Saipan, Wisconsin, the Philippines, and now Windom, MN, where they actively serve in ministry. Grace is pursuing her studies at North Central University, while Daisy (Grade 5) and Faith (Grade 4) brighten their home, reflecting a family rooted in Christ’s love and committed to sharing it with others.
As the visionary behind Best Bait Consulting, Jayesun Sherman brings over 20 years of teaching and 30 years of pastoral experience to empower churches and ministries. Launched in 2024 under God’s guidance, his consultancy offers tailored solutions—consulting, resources, and scheduling—to help faith communities thrive, drawing on his extensive work as a licensed minister since 1994 and ordained leader since 2004. With a heart to support pastors and leaders, Jayesun’s life is one of service, innovation, and a deep trust in divine direction.
